Who we are

Animio Studio ("we", "us") makes animated videos for businesses. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email info@animio.studio.

What we collect

• Details you give us in our forms: your name, email, phone number, the service you are interested in and any project details.
• Technical details collected automatically when you send a form: your IP address and an approximate location (country, region and city) worked out from it, the page you were on, the site that referred you and campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare an estimate and deliver the project you order.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, and to keep our forms free of spam.

Who we share it with

We store enquiries in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and use a location lookup service to estimate your country from your IP address. These providers process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client and the law requires us to keep records for longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@animio.studio. We will reply within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising cookies. Our forms keep a note of the page you landed on and any campaign tags for the length of your visit, using your browser's session storage, so we know how you found us. It is cleared when you close the tab.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
